This product is not new but I have recently gone back to it because speed is of the essence in the morning especially now that I am a mum.

Quick & Easy Smokey Eye Application

Start by applying Long-Wear Cream Shadow Stick in the Bark shade along the lash line to halfway up the lower lid and blend. Once blended, look straight into a mirror, is the colour intense enough? If not, add more. This may also depend on the outfit and time of day.

Smudge the same shade (Bark) along the lower lashline.

Using the Long-Wear Cream Shadow Stick in the Goldstone shade, apply to the top half of the lower lid and blend into the socket line crease and slightly above.

Taking a clean eye blending brush, I blend again to make sure there are no harsh lines.

Apply the Long-Wear Gel Eyeliner (in Black Ink) in the top water line. If I was doing a night look, I would also line the bottom water line.

Finish the look with Smokey Lash Mascara (in Black) to top and bottom lashes.

The most important tip to remember when doing a smokey eye is to always keep the darkest point at the lash line. It keeps the makeup really modern and fresh and ensures that we draw more attention to the eye versus the makeup.
Keep it simple especially during the day! Use no more than 3 shadows, a liner, and mascara to make the eyes pop.
Blend, blend blend! Whether you choose to blend using a brush or your finger, it is super important to blend. When it comes to a smokey eye, it doesn’t matter how dark you go, or what colours you use, it’s how well you can blend the liner and shadow to get that sultry look.
