Kevin Murphy Leave-In Repair is a product that I have been using on my hair over the last 12 months. Over the last 12 months, I stop using it to try other products and I am very quickly reminded to go back to it.

The Kevin Murphy Leave-In. Repair is a nourishing leave-in treatment for damaged, brittle hair acting directly on the damaged areas of the hair and thus cocoons the hair from the roots to the tips. The active ingredients of leave-in care provide for the construction, repair, and reduction of hair breakage.

It is an intense repair and nourishment treatment for shiny, glossy, weightless hair. It is enriched with strengthening hydrolysed keratin and moisturising jojoba seed oil, the formula helps to reduce breakage, while also offering heat protection up to 200°F/93°C.

It is suitable for all hair types. This is a restorative formula that features strengthening hydrolysed keratin and hydrolysed green pea protein, moisturising jojoba seed oil, shine-enhancing bamboo leaf extract, and repair-boosting papain (from papaya).

How to Use

Simply apply to damp or towel-dried hair and leave to dry naturally or style as desired.

My Opinion

The Kevin Murphy Leave-In. Repair is an excellent leave-in pre-styling treatment. It is sulphate, paraben, and cruelty-free. The biggest difference this makes to my hair is that my hair becomes more manageable; easier to style, less drying/styling time, and smoother.

As we age, so too does our hair. I have noticed that my hair has become drier this year and this is normal because our scalp stops producing so much oil. It also does not help that I colour my hair and I bleach it in order to get my desired blonde highlights. These elements combined make my hair more prone to breakage. When I use this product, my hair feels healthy and soft!
